Non Iron shirts/ Easy to care vs Wrinkle Free.

Non-Iron shirts will require some ironing following a wash at home to achieve a flawless appearance. If you have your non-iron shirts washed and pressed at the cleaners, even better.  It’s important to us that we use high-quality fabrics for our non-iron shirts, such as our 100% cotton, however cotton is a natural fiber and it will wrinkle after a wash at home. 

Certainly non iron shirts don't wrinkle quite as much as the traditional alternative, but they still need to be ironed.

Wrinkle - Resistan fabrics, on the other hand, are treated specially and will prevent the wrinkles to appear after the wash. Unless its made with wrinkle free synthetic fibers.
