Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. We are happy to accept returns on salable, unworn merchandise to their respective place of purchase, in accordance with the policies outlined below.

Items must be returned within 30 days of shipment's delivery date for online orders. Merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores, must be returned to the originating store.

Clearance merchandise is final sale and is not eligible for return or exchange.

Simply send a return request to Customer Care at with your order number. 

You will receive a pre-paid return shipping label for a fee of $12.80 per label, to be deducted from your total refund. 

Please allow 24-48 hours for the prepaid label to be processed and sent via email.

Please ship the order back to us, allow 7-10 business days (after we received the order back to our warehouse) to process your return and issue a refund.

Please be sure to ship using UPS or Fedex Services only. 

Other carriers may not deliver to the right address and the refunds or exchanges can't be issued unless we receive the items. 

All returned merchandise is subject to inspection and if styles have been worn and tags have been removed, those items are subject to $30 disposable fee. 

International Purchases.

International purchases can be sent back to our Online Returns Facility at your own cost.  

Exchange Policy

If you wish to make an exchange please contact our Customer Care within 30days from the delivery date and our agents will help you place a replacement order. 

Please note that it only applies to US orders, all international purchases can not be exchanged. not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. However, we will review on a case by case basis, at our sole discretion. Please contact our Customer Service Team for assistance.
